The hotel's location was excellent. everything i needed was within easy walking distance. the super nice team. They attended to me patiently and answered all my questions. i received excellent restaurant recommendations. I was very grateful!!!

i noticed the absence of additional toiletries. Only shampoo and shower gel and hand wash were provided. i asked for body lotion, but they had run out. face tissues were also not available in the room. that was a pity.

the room featured comfortable beds and ample space for luggage. the bathroom provided a large mirror and generous counter space for all my personal items. also, the room had plenty of storage space, which helped keep everything tidy .

The location was AMAZING, directly across from the cathedral. Staff members were helpful. They provided quick solutions. The rooftop bar provided lovely views. I enjoyed several evenings there.

The elevators sometimes took a bit longer than i expected, but it wasn't a major issue.
